Heart Rate Plus is a convenient app that allows you to monitor your heart rate anytime, anywhere. Whether you're at home, in the office, waking up, relaxing, or before and after exercise, this app has got you covered.
One of the amazing features of Heart Rate Plus is its ability to measure your heartbeat using your smartphone's camera. By processing the images of your pulse on your finger, the app can detect color changes in your fingertip when your heart beats and use an advanced algorithm to count the heart rate. It works similarly to a pulse oximeter.
This app provides fast and accurate results, making it excellent for monitoring your fitness and wellness. All you need is your smartphone's camera, allowing you to have a heart rate monitor with you wherever you are while being physically active.
Heart Rate Plus comes with several useful features, including fast, continuous, and accurate measurement. You can save unlimited results with tags for easy access later. The app also provides a real-time pulse graph (photoplethysmogram) and automatically reminds you to measure your heartbeat every day. Additionally, you can share your heart rate screenshot to social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
If you opt for the Premium version of the app, you gain access to more advanced features such as exporting your history to CSV or PDF file format (with the PDF file including the PPG graph), Apple Health support, and the ability to back up, restore, and transfer your data.
The user guide for Heart Rate Plus is straightforward. Simply hold the tip of your index finger over the back camera lens of your phone. Avoid pressing too hard to prevent inaccurate readings caused by restricted circulation. After a second or two, you should see your heart pulse graph. Hold your finger still for five more seconds to compute your heart rate and update the number. For a stable and accurate heart rate, hold your finger for 10 seconds.
It is important to note that Heart Rate Plus should not be used as a medical device or product. It is designed for general fitness and wellness purposes only. If you require medical purposes, it is recommended to consult your doctor or primary care physician. The app is also not intended for use in diagnosing diseases or other conditions, nor in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of diseases.
